Ep. 5 - Getting Back On Track
Today's Tuesday, and i aim to get back on track for training since Monday, after POS training.. Last year, i aimed to get 6 pecs or packs, whatever it is, but of course failed to do so, so i am aiming to at least get a leaner body by the end of Emerge this year, a hundred crunches a day... regular jogging or swimming... Its not a question about whether i have time for that, but whether i feel like doing it or not.. I'm quite lazy so i hope whoever sees this can encourage me regularly to keep me on track to get fitter.
On Monday, I have really experienced 'rotting' at home, where i have got nothing to do, need to get up and about, best away from my com.. one of my greatest distractions.. Praying hard to become more disciplined also, argh will do my best then! Nothing else to say..
Yeah i did 50 crunches yesterday, aiming for 60 later... Maybe if i post here that i will exercise then i will be more motivated... Yeah.. i can do it!!
